
About Daniel O. Hands
Dan Hands has been serving the legal needs of clients in suburban Chicago for more than 15 years. His practice is now devoted primarily to estate planning and related matters.
His belief in the importance of proper estate planning for individuals is reflected in the generous amount of time Mr. Hands spends presenting educational seminars to the general public as well as to select groups of financial professionals.
Experience
Mr. Hands began his legal career in the interstate trucking industry. Over the years, he has developed a practice emphasizing estate planning, probate and tax reduction. He is a member of the Illinois State and DuPage County Bar Associations, the Northwest Suburban Estate Planning Council, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys.
Education
Mr. Hands received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Western Michigan University, and his Juris Doctorate from Valparaiso University School of Law.
Personal
Mr. Hands is married and a father of two young daughters. Away from his busy practice, he participates in a local amateur acting club.
